| Loretta Lynch 'Most Likely Candidate' to Replace Scalia |

| [NBCNEWS] A leading Supreme Court analyst thinks Attorney General Loretta Lynch is the "most likely candidate" to replace the late conservative Justice Antonin Scalia. Tom Goldstein, who runs the influential SCOTUSblog, had earlier predicted Ninth Circuit Judge Paul Watford would make the top of President B.O.'s shortlist. But in a revised blog post, Goldstein said he now believes Lynch is the leading contender. Lynch is a "very serious possibility," Goldstein wrote. "The fact that Lynch was vetted so recently for attorney general also makes it practical for the president to nominate her in relatively short order." |

| #12 The huge fear I have because Champ is a immoral opportunist, is that he lulls everybody with the idea that he's going to go through the nomination process, and then, since Mitch and the Senate have no sense of urgency or commitment to really protect the nation from our Tyrant, at the last moment Recess Appoints Holder, knowing the court will have no choice but seat him, and then they jam all the appeals to the 5-4 Socialist Court and essentially repeal the 2nd Amendment, Right to Work, Free Speech and any 3rd trimester abortion limitations....color me paranoid but this SOB is capable of "change"! |

| #5 A failure to prosecute a Presidential Candidate is obstruction of Justice as she should know. Wrist Irons for her are quite appropriate if she decides to take this position after official notification and no action. This thing should have no place at all in Governance or LAW.
