| [DAWN] our coppers were killed in what police said appeared to be an incident of assassination'>assassination in the Munir Mengal Road area on Thursday. Assailants opened fire on a police mobile, killing two coppers on the spot and injuring two others before fleeing on cycle of violence, police said. The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistain claimed the attack in an email sent to journalists. The injured coppers were rushed to Civil Hospital Quetta for treatment, where both the coppers shuffled off the mortal coil. Police and Frontier Corps ...a provincial paramilitary force.
