#4 The Geneva Convention applies between two signatories. In WWII, the Soviet Union was not a signatory. The German's treated Russian POWs very differently than British/American POWs. My question is, why wasn't that chlorine tank buried to protect it from being blown by a rifle bullet? Lack of sand? |

#3 Use of poison gas as a weapon is against the Geneva Convention; whoever blew up that chlorine tank is guilty of a war crime and responsible for killing 'dozens.' |
