PESHAWAR: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and intelligence agencies on Wednesday in an intelligence-based operation foiled a terror bid and arrested two suspected terrorists in Hayatabad Phase-7 in Peshawar.
According to media reports, the CTD and intelligence agencies conducted a joint operation and arrested two terrorists. Huge cache of arms and ammunition including two hand grenades, four local made bombs and explosive material were recovered from them In initial investigation, they confessed their involvement in 20 cases. They were shifted to undisclosed location for further torture interrogation. |
