17 ISIS elements killed in artillery strike east of Ramadi

[IraqiNews] al-Anbar -- On Monday, a security source in Anbar province revealed, that 17 ISIS elements have been killed in an artillery strike east of Ramadi.

The source, who requested anonymity, informed IraqiNews.com, "The 8th artillery division of the army shelled, today, a site for ISIS in al-Khalediyah Island (23 km east of Ramadi), resulting in the death of 17 elements of the organization and the destruction of two vehicles for it."

The source also added, "The army's air force managed to destroy a store of ammunition in the area of al-Tamim and a headquarters for the ISIS organization near the area of Albu Ziyab north of Ramadi, causing material and human losses in the ranks of the organization."

Iraqi police kills 12 ISIS militants, destroy 5 vital sites for ISIS east of Ramadi

[IraqiNews] al-Anbar – The federal police captain Raed Shaker Jawdat announced on Monday the killing of 12 elements of the ISIS organization east of Ramadi, while pointed out to the destruction of five targets for the organization in the eastern axis of the city.

Jawdat said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, "A force from the Second Brigade conducted an attack, today, on gatherings for the ISIS organization in Husaybah area east of Ramadi, killing 12 snuffies from the organization and burning many of their vehicles."

Jawdat also added, "The rocket launchers destroyed five vital targets for ISIS east of Ramadi, including a workshop for booby-trapping vehicles and training roofs near the area of al-Sadda."
