#6 Raj, no doubt the Daily Mail did its 'truthy' (he was a civil service employee at the time, but moonlighted for the Clintons) headline to generate views. As you alluded, it's not illegal for a civilian (or military) government employee to have non-government employment, but one has to often jump through hoops, and certainly have the requisite paperwork. |

#5 Interesting - this article says he was instead paid by the Clintons personally. Makes me wonder if he ever got a W-2 or 1099-MISC for his troubles. If that's the case, I can hazard a guess and say no. |
