AR-15, Shotgun sales end at Wal*Mart |
2015-08-27 |
[GrandViewOutdoors] Walmart has instituted a new corporate policy that bars its stores from selling semi-automatic AR-15-style rifles and semi-automatic shotguns that have a magazine capacity of seven shots or more. The chain denies politics played a role in the decision. |

#7 Crafts went back in That hasn't happened around here to the inventory they used to carry, P2K. The better half is still sort of PO'd about that as it used to be a great local source for her. |

#6 I never went to Wal-Mart for AR related things. Went to an actual gun store where they know what the fuck they are doing. If I want a nice, easy and cheap hunting rifle for my kid I will go to Wal-Mart. |

#5 ..yeah, the bean counters figured the same on the craft material as well. Got it removed. Then found out the craft material got a serious demographic into the store to buy even more stuff. Bottom line drooped. Crafts went back in. |

#4 Most of their stuff was overpriced, and even long before alot of this stuff, there was never a huge amount of gun sales at walmart. |

#3 Because it's that seventh bullet that's actually dangerous. Well, people expect you to reload after six. |
