| Terrorist-weapon depot seized in Jalalabad city |

| [Khaama (Afghanistan)] The National Directorate of Afghanistan (NDS) -- Afghanistan's intelligence agency has seized a terrorist-weapon depot in Jalalabad, the capital city of eastern Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country.. province. A statement issued by NDS on Thursday states that the depot contained 26 different types of heavy and light weapons. 10 Kalashinkovs and two pistols were among the weapons seized from the depot. Two binoculars and three military suits were also recovered from the cache, the NDS statement adds. In a separate raid the NDS personnel has incarcerated Youse'll never take me alive coppers!... [BANG!]... Ow!... I quit!a man who was having three Afghan passports, three Pak passports, three Tazkiras (Afghan identity cards) and two Pak IDs. The man detained has been identified as Mir Ahmad Shah. NDS statements usually do not contain the exact date of the achievements but they come after recent activities. |
