| The galling part isn't so much that we're contracting with Russia, but that we could do it ourselves and better, but we're too organizationally lazy to do it ourselves. |

We're not permitted to pay you much working here on the gov't collective, but whatever you grow yourself.... you can keep and sell among friends and neighbors. No one will say anything. |
