| Barrel bombs kill 11 people, including 7 women, near Hama |

| [EN.ZAMANALWSL.NET] Syrian army helicopters dropped 18 barrel bombs on a rebel-held town in the western countryside of Hama city, killing at least 11 civilians, a monitoring group and activists said Tuesday. The barrel bombs attacks have killed 11 people, including a child and 7 women, in Qalat al Madiq city in Hama province, the Syrian Network for human Rights said. The monitoring group that tracks war in Syria said regime air strikes had killed 32 across Syria on Tuesday. In relevant development, the U.S.-led coalition air strikes on Tuesday have killed 8 people, including 4 Nusra Front fighters, in northern province of Idlib, activists said. The joint task force overseeing the air strikes has not yet adopted the attack that targeted Nusra Front members in Kafr Hend village near Salqeen town. Syria's strongest allied group, the Fatah Army, has made rapid advance in the western countryside of Idlib and nearby Sahl al-Ghab plain in Hama province, taking control of 12 hills and villages and inflicting humiliating defeats on Syrian regime army, activists and rebel sources said. The new major offensive by the alliance of Islamist groups, including the Nusra Front and Islamic Ahrar al-Sham ...a Syria jihadi group made up of Islamists and salafists, not that there's that much difference, formed into a brigade. They make up the main element of the Islamic Front but they don't profess adoration of al-Qaeda and they've been fighting (mainly for survival) against the Islamic State. Their leadership was wiped out at a single blow by a suicide kaboom at a crowded basement meeting in September, 2014... movement, seized control of most of Idlib countryside, only few months since the (Army of Conquest) captured Idlib city, Ariha and Jisr al-Shughour towns |
