[ABS-CBN] Four civilians, including a two-year-old boy, were injured after an improvised explosive device exploded in Jolo, Sulu Saturday night. Col. Alan Arrojado said the IED was hidden by Abu Sayyaf militants on a parked motorcycle in front of a karaoke bar. Preliminary investigations showed that the black motorcycle, where the IED was hidden, was parked by the suspects in front of the bar about two hours before the explosion. Arrojado, citing a "reliable source," said the attack was perpetrated by Abu Sayyaf members Alkam Udiaman and Almuktar Suddung, along with an unidentified trainee. |
