| [Tolo News] Unknown gunnies have kidnapped three construction engineers Tuesday in north-eastern Badakhshan, local official said on Wednesdays. The kidnapping occurred in Yaftal district when the engineers were on the way to work, head of Provincial Council, Abdullah Naji Nazari said. The tribal elders were trying to secure their release, he said. But the security officials refuse to comment on the incident. However, a hangover is the wrath of grapes... no group including the Taliban has grabbed credit for abduction. |
