[Ynet] The United States and its allies in the Middle East conducted nine air strikes in Syria on Tuesday and 16 across Iraq according to the Combined Joint Task Force responsible for fighting Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... Lions of Islam in the area. |

#2 Does it still count as an air strike even in they drop their bombs in the middle of the night upon empty buildings rather than dropping them in the middle of the day when those very same buildings might be full of actual targets? |

#1 Does it still count as an air strike even if they bring all their bombs back with them, as is so often the case? |
