The Syrian Network for Human Rights and activists said 21 civilians have been killed in al-Janoudiya town near the border line with Turkey. The fierce aerial campaign came in response to the rapid advances of Fatah Army, an alliance of Islamist groups, near Latakia province, Bashir al-Assad's heartland. |
