| Somali senior immigration officer injured in drive-by shooting | ||||

| Mogadishu -- Somalia’s director of Immigration and Naturalization was shot and injured in drive by shooting in Mogadishu, according to government officials. The director whose name has been released as Abdullahi Mohamud Osoble was injured at Sigale area in Hodan district of Mogadishu after his vehicle was sprayed with bullets by gunmen. He was rushed to hospital for medical treatment, according to Immigration and Naturalization sources who spoke to Shabelle Media based in Mogadishu. No group claimed responsibility for Monday’s attack.
