| Between Erbil and Washington, who to believe on arms deliveries? |

| [Rudaw] United States maintains that Kurdistan's Peshmerga forces are "well supplied" and "there has been absolutely no delay" in weapons delivered through Baghdad. But Erbil retorts: "we are not getting the weapons and ammunitions we need" for the war with Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... (ISIS/ISIL). Qubad Talabani, the Kurdistan Regional Government's (KRG) deputy prime minister vented some of Erbil's frustration over weapons deliveries on CNN on Tuesday. |

| #3 I'm basically not inclined to believe much of anything the administration says at this point. It's possible that they're correct about something, but it's not because they made any effort to be correct. |
