on Tuesday proposed a 30-year agreement to cooperate with China on nuclear power, a deal that would allow the transfer of material, reactors, components and technology between the two nations, if approved by the US Congress.

#2  Think of the money and manpower resources the Chinese will saving in computer hacking, not to mention the R&D savings.

My guess is some notes are coming due and Walmart, K-Mart, Target, Sports Authority, Cabelas, and Gander Mountain revenues were falling off.
