| #2 They feel they do not have the resources for house to house urban clearing operations. I recommend remote clearing operations. Artillery has a good track record, or if they want, they could ask us for a good old-fashioned Arc Lighting. Tikrit is a village worth destroying in order to save. Rubble don't cause trouble. |
