| #11 I have no objections to the death penalty, but in Hasan's case I'd rather see him live a very long rotting in a high security. He wants to be a martyr, so make him live instead. |

Possibly that's what is happening now. If the president has arranged for the appeal to be delayed, the man depends the good will of his guards even to have his bottom wiped and diaper changed every single day. By now the humiliation will have come to his attention. |

| #7 Not going to happen. The Military Court of Appeals hasn't allowed an execution in generations. They're 'enlightened' you know. While thousands have died since 9/11 defending the country, this one won't die fighting against a country he took an oath to. Such is the whim of the oligarchy. |
