The Islamic State of Iraq and Levant terrorists arrested their leader one day after dismissing him from his post.
Local source stated to IraqiNews.com, "The ISIL terrorists arrested "Wali al-Mosul", Momar Tohla, on charges of leaking security plans of the terrorists and helping the International Coalition to target the ISIL elements."
