| #4 Am I correct to assume the 3850 men raped are gay men? The two male-on-male sexual-assault cases I was JAGMAN investigator on involved sailors who weren't gay. One 'target' had mental health issues and later attempted to commit suicide; the second was both junior in rank and "not the brightest bulb in the chandelier." The perpetrators, however, were homosexual (one was HIV+). |
