| Iraqi Forces Begin Extensive Operation To Liberate South Of Tikrit |

| [IraqiNews] On Monday, a security source in Salahuddin stated, that the Iraqi forces have begun an extensive operation to liberate south of Tikrit from ISIS holy warriors. The source informed IraqiNews, "A huge military force consisting of Army troops from Samarra Operations and security forces from the federal police as well as armed volunteers began an extensive operation with aerial support on the ISIS shelters and facilities in the areas of Balad, Daluwiya and Samarra-Baghdad road in south of Tikrit." |
