Policemen, backed by Philippine soldiers, captured a militant behind the killing of two infantrymen in Cotabato City. On Monday, officials said Zainudin Kawilan was captured after security forces raided his hideout in the remote village of Timbangan in Maguindanao’s Shariff Aguak town.They said Kawilan is a member of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters under Sukarno Sapal and has been identified as the killer of two soldiers who were gunned down while guarding the Cotabato Regional and Medical Center on October 22. Kawilan was pretending to visit a patient at the hospital when he shot the soldiers.
