| [StLouisCBS] FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOX) â The grand jury in the investigation into the shooting death of Michael Brown has announced its decision not to indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of the unarmed 18-year-old. St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch said,"They determined that no probable cause exists to file any charge against Officer Wilson, and returned a 'No True Bill' on each of the five indictments."

| #18 There's a proof of concept done a few years back for the military of retinal id of perps from a distance with telephoto lens and lasers. Seems like it might be more appropriate for ID of perps rioting. Tests at 100 feet worked fine. |

Champ fueled the fire by coming on teevee immediately following the announcement and presenting his usual Jeremiah Wright ***dam America slogan. A 48 hour ban or prohibition on legal assembly and protests might have prevented the carnage, but it was permitted to take place. |

| #1 Jury was 9 whites and 3 blacks (seven men, five women) President of US = Democrat(and black) gov of MO = Democrat county exec = Democrat (and black) District Attorney = Democrat ( Bob McCulloch) whose father was a police officer who was killed in line of duty when Bob was 12 - already he has been blamed for being too pro police Mayor of Ferguson = Republican (media hasn't been blaming him vigorously yet, but just wait) today) |
