[Iran Press TV] Texas Governor Rick Perry, a potential Republican candidate for president in 2016, says the United States wants a "clean break" from incumbent President Barack ObamaMy friends, we live in the greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as we try to change it... "Thinking on the next two years, I doubt very much that after this season of disappointment, mediocrity, decline, a slow correction in course is what voters are going to be looking for," Perry said in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, on Monday, Politico reported. "I believe that come 2016, if the American people are given the choice, they will be ready for a clean break from the Obama agenda or anything like it," he claimed. |
