| Bombing kills woman at Nigeria bus station |

| [Iran Press TV] A kaboom at a crowded bus station has killed at least one woman and injured several other people in the Nigerian city of Kano. "It was an IED (improvised bomb). The explosive was concealed in a water dispenser and brought into the motor park by unknown people," Kano's Police Commissioner Adelere Shinaba told news hounds at the scene of the bombing on Thursday. "A woman was killed and eight other people were maimed and have been taken to hospital…. Our forensic experts are combing the scene for clues. We have already commenced (an) investigation," he added. In a separate attack, Gunmen raided a village in northeastern Nigeria and killed 12 people, including a traditional leader. On Wednesday, more than 80 people were killed in two bombings in the city of Kaduna. No group has yet grabbed credit for the violence, but it came in light of growing militancy in Nigeria by the Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... Takfiri ...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed... holy warriors. |
