| Hamas gunmen shoot at IDF from hospital, prompting return fire |

| Hamas has used positions in the Al-Wafa Hospital in Gaza to fire automatic weapons and anti-tank missiles on soldiers, and the IDF fired back in recent minutes, the army said Wednesday. "The hospital was used for activating war rooms and command and control centers by Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad," the army said. The IDF Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories has issued repeated and direct warnings to the hospital's manager, and to other Palestinians involved in running the hospital, the army said. |

| #8 The fact the troops were allowed to return fire at all is a good sign. If they were US troops, they'd have been told to hold fire or retreat. |

| #4 Even the morgue is not sure over there. I remember someone posting a video of a Paleo funeral procession with all the req'd fuming at the Juice. The media was filming, but left after they finished the protest/processional. Someone kept camera running and the "body" that was covered and lifted up on the crowd's shoulders as a "martyr" got up and walked away. Completely shows the farce the media is in that part of the world. |
