[MAGHAREBIA] A 70-year-old man was kidnapped on Monday (July 14th) in the blood-stained Tizi Ouzou village of Beni Zmenzer, Tout sur l'Algerie reported.In January, a 38-year-old merchant from the same region was killed by his kidnappers.
Some 80 cases of kidnapping were registered in the Algerian province since 2005. Many hostages were freed unharmed, thanks to citizens' mobilisation.
