2014-06-13
[ONLINE.WSJ] The U.S. government will make timely decisions regarding Iraq, Secretary of State John F. I was in Vietnam, you know Kerry
Former Senator-for-Life from Massachussetts, self-defined war hero, speaker of French, owner of a lucky hat, conqueror of Cambodia, and current Secretary of State...
said on Friday, one day after President Barack Obama
I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody...
said no option was off the table.

"Iraq is facing a brutal enemy that also poses a threat to America's interests and the interests of our allies in Europe and in the region," he said in a news conference in London with U.K. Foreign Secretary William Hague.
"What kind of decisions?"
"Timely decisions!"
"What're our choices?"
"Spit? Go blind?"
"Is there a compromise?"
"Close one eye and drool."

#7  Time crawls in D.C. in the summertime
Clocks tick and chime at the Porte Sublime
The drip of denials
From slow-melting dials
Beats time for a slow-motion pantomime.

#5  These recent events in Iraq have been monitored and assessed for weeks, possibly months by the U.S. Intelligence Community and quite likely the Israelis as well. So-called 'Strategic Surprise' was clearly averted, but you wouldn't know it by listening to these pecker heads.

#4  The 'Timely' decision was years ago on the SOFA. The fascinating aspect is that you clowns didn't already have the PR packets assembled to excuse your asses out of the consequences the truly 'smart' people knew was going to happen.

#3  Leaving the decision for your successor is timely, too.

#2  Timely decisions? Obean allowed this to happen, then it is suggested by his right-hand man that they didn't see it coming? Which is it?

#1  Timely

I don't think that word means what you think it means. Or are we in Susan Rice reverse logic mode?
