| Two Armenian soldiers gunned down along Azerbaijani border |

Two Armenian soldiers were reportedly killed by an Azerbaijani sniper Thursday along the two countries' border.
Armenian Defense Ministry spokesman Artsur Hovannisian said the two were gunned down at the country's southwestern border. Azerbaijan made no comment about the reported incident.
Several officers and soldiers from both sides have been killed in shootings in the last several weeks along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, as well as near the administrative boundary of Azerbaijan's breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region. |
