White House Adds Crisis Control Expert to Counsel's Office
2014-05-31
[Daily Caller] Jennifer O'Connor, a former partner at Wilmer Hale who has helped both the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Health and Human Services navigate legal crises, is slated to join the White House Counsel's Office Friday, the Legal Times reports.

O'Connor served in the Clinton administration during his first term. According to the Wall Street Journal, "she was among the administration officials who testified in a House probe of whether the Clinton White House applied political pressure to help the Teamsters in a bitter strike," was an adviser helping the IRS navigate accusations of unfair targeting of conservative groups, and worked with the HHS in the wake of the botched Obamacare website rollout. Hildebeast to O'Conner: Keep an eye on the poor simple minded SOB, and call Bill or me immediately if he looks like he's going to do anything stupid between now and my announcement date. This Gowdy and Benghazi thing has me worried.

#6  This regime has no real accomplishments ("hope and change!") and they are unraveling faster. It's a matter of time before the "leaving to write a book" push starts. Hopefully, for them, before the subpoenas

#4  Remember the first advice - When stuck in a hole, stop digging deeper.

I suspect they can't even fathom how deep they've dug.
