[AnNahar] The Libyan navy's chief of staff, his driver and two guards were maimed on Wednesday when gunnies attacked his convoy in Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... , the navy front man said. Rear Admiral Hassan Abu Shnak was on his way to work when gunnies blocked his convoy in a western district of the capital and opened fire, Colonel Ayub Kassem told Agence La Belle France Presse. "He was lightly maimed in the head. A driver and two guards were also maimed, but their injuries are not life threatening." |
