| #2 Shinseki has always been a bureaucrat first and soldier second. His big claim to fame in the Army was a hat change. Big deal... His mode was clear from the start, take the VA, give a few speeches, make the rounds politically, do nothing substantial, and take no risks. I will say again, they need to put some infantry COL and CSM in charge of that mess and clean it out. Starting with the DC rats. |
