#3  Good counterpoint, G(r)om. But I couldn't find a date for the news. On February 26th, that culminated in RussiaÂ’s Gazprom clinching a key deal to market Israeli liquefied natural gas (LNG).

#1  If the Turkish govt wanted to hedge, they would get pipelines going from both Israel and Russia. On the other hand, Europe would do well to stay away from Pootie Poot. The other fly in the ointment is how confident is Israel that the Turkish govt will honor its commitments.
