The issue I have seen over and over with guys like this is they are sent in and they have a superior that is supposed to be looking out for them. When they slip off, go native, and get so entrenched in the fight that they lose who they are their superior, or handler is supposed to pull them from the fight. He was getting results, making the bosses look good. It was destroying this man, at some point it can happen to all of us. The leaders should have pulled him before he caused damage to himself. |
