| Algeria presidential poll begins |

| [MAGHAREBIA] Citizens in Algeria's southern wilayas began to vote for president on Monday (April 14th), days before the rest of the country, APS reported. Some 90,000 voters are expected to cast their ballots at 167 mobile polling stations in the wilayas of Ouargla, Illizi, Tamanrasset and Tindouf, APS reported. Nationwide, some 12,000 voting centres and 50,000 polling booths will be open for the election on Thursday. |
