| [DAWN] PAKISTAN has become increasingly conservative in recent decades. Conservatives dominate Pak politics, and have forced liberal parties to become centrist. However, facts are stubborn; statistics are more pliable... when political coalitions become too dominating, they often become fractured. Pak conservatism faces similar challenges.
