[NY Times] The violence in the Central African Republic jolted the United Nations ...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships... Security Council into rare accord on Thursday, with La Belle France announcing that it would soon propose a resolution to establish a large and robust United Nations peacekeeping force and the United States expressing full-throated support. United Nations officials have repeatedly warned of ethnic cleansing in the Central African Republic.
