#6 Leopoldo Lopez, who has a warrant out for his arrest, is going to lead the opposition march to the Interior Ministry. He plans to halt the march at the entrance and turn himself in. I suspect Sebin (Cuban back intelligence police) are ransacking Caracas to prevent that from happening. Potential is high for drama. |
