Russian Skater Shows More than Delight after Bronze |
2014-02-11 |
[An Nahar] Russian speed skater Olga Graf showed off more than she wanted after a bronze medal-winning performance in the Olympic Games 3,000 meters, ripping down the zip of her skin suit in delight. Don't look, Ethel! Graf, who won Russia's first medal of the Sochi Games, raised her arms aloft in triumph after crossing the finishing line and then pulled her zip down to her waist. Omigawd! Not the zipper! The tight skin suit burst open to reveal she had no underwear. No underwear? Quick, Ethel! My pills! Graf put her hand to her mouth in embarrassment "Oops!" and rapidly zipped back up, but keeping her smile. "That's not a smile. It's a grimace!" "You'd grimace, too, if you'd just caught your nipple in a zipper on international TV!" "Yes it is true. There was nothing underneath," she was quoted as saying by the Sovietsky Sport daily. Sovietsky Sport outlasted the Sovietsky Union? Who knew? "We have great suits, they make the body feel light and as a result I wear nothing under them. When I finished the race I forgot about this." "Yes, yes! We understand! Show us how you dunnit again!" "And I thought, what a nightmare! And soon it will be all over YouTube. But in fact, nothing bad will come of it." "There was a lot more skin shown at the Academisky Awards in Moskva last month!" "In the end, I did not show that much," she mused. In that case I won't bother... |

#15 #14 Peoples Zipper Factory 5 The Great Figure Through a cracked pane all night I glimpsed the figure 5 in gold on a red smokestack mooning drunk defeated by belts rumbling through the gray factory And on the ice in lights I saw that Olga Graf win bronze so brash unzip and laugh unheeding of the hoots and growls from workers grumbling about such small frivolities |

#14 Russian Zippers is a funny phrase. Soviet Zipper Factory is even better. Peoples Zipper Factory 5 is also good. There's an Akron joke in here somewhere. |

#11 What the *hell* is all the hubub about? It's not like she flashed a nipple or something. She obviously simply opened it up for some ventilation after some strenuous exercise and then realized there was nothing under it (oops). "Ripping down the zip ... the skin tight suit burst open"... who writes this crap - Harliquin Romance? |

#7 IIRC they had similar temperature issues at the Vancouver Winter Olympics. Maybe its the balance to the Gore Effect. |

#6 Considering how warm it is in Sochi its quite understandable that typical winter sports outfits would be just too hot. Of course I might be a bit biased ... it's too cold here to desire to go outside. Sochi is looking like a warmer haven. It's -6F outside as I type this compared to Sochi's current 55F or 61F warmer. 55F is not a winter game! It's a late spring game. |

#4 A teasing and titillating story but not much else. Probably worth a couple of more points to the judges. |
