Mogadishu -- reliable news sources have confirmed to Shabelle radio in Mogadishu that 2 Kenyan citizens have been abducted in Mogadishu by unknown gunmen.

The 2 male whose names have not yet been identified were abducted while they were driving out from their residential suburbs area which is located at Kaasabobolaare suburbs in BanadirÂ’s Hodan district.
The sources add that the 2 Kenyans whose work has not yet been established were accompanied by their driver (a Somali citizen) who was ordered to handle the keys of the vehicle by the gunmen and was freed at the spot.

The abduction comes at a time when many Kenyans are flowing into SomaliaÂ’s capital working either for Somali businessmen or invest their own money. |
