| Iran to hold air defense exercises |

| Air defense exercises being called "Defenders of the Sky of our Province - 5" will be held in Iran in the second half of this year (started on March 21), Commander of the Air Defense Staff Hatemul-Enbia of the Iranian Armed Forces General Farzad Ismaili said, Tasnim news repoted. According to him, "Defenders of the sky of our province - 5" will be a major undertaking compared with the same exercise held in November of last year. "In the course of this exercise, we will test the latest advances in the field of defense," Ismaili said. The general added that Hazem-3UAVs will also be tested during this exercise. Iran has recently been conducting air defense exercises entitled "Defenders of the sky of our province." Four such exercises have already been held in various provinces of Iran. |
