A Levies official who preferred not to be named, due to him not being authorised to speak to the media, told Dawn.com that forces of Evil on a cycle of violence hurled a hand-held bomb at the residence of Muhammad Hashim Baloch, an election officer at Kharan bazaar.
He said the daughter of Hashim Baloch was injured during the blast. The kaboom also damaged window panes and glass in the house. Levies officials said forces of Evil escaped unhurt from the spot.
