| #1 The recently updated casualty figures for what ended here in 1865 is now estimated at nearly 700,000. They aren't even in the same ballpark. I don't recall the well known author, the late Shelby Foote mentioning any Syrian involvement in our troubled past. Stay home and stay out of it! |
