Federal Court finds Obama appointees interfered with New Black Panther prosecution

[Washington Examiner] A federal court in Washington, DC, held last week that political appointees appointed by President B.O. did interfere with the Department of Justice's prosecution of the New Black Panther Party.

The ruling came as part of a motion by the conservative legal watch dog group Judicial Watch, who had sued the DOJ in federal court to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for documents pertaining to the the New Black Panthers case. Judicial Watch had secured many previously unavailable documents through their suit against DOJ and were now suing for attorneys' fees.

Obama's DOJ had claimed Judicial Watch was not entitled to attorney's fees since "none of the records produced in this litigation evidenced any political interference whatsoever in" how the DOJ handled the New Black Panther Party case. But

#8  Hillary is not in reserve. She'd be a fool to step in. It would divide the Democratic party and ensure loss and bitterness. Yet, if she allows O to lose and tries for the big seat the next go around she's almost certain to win the primaries and have a united Democratic party with four years for people to forget the excesses of Obama.

#6  There is the possibility of Perjury changes against some Obama DOJ people for lying under oath in testimony. The problem is, how do you get the DOJ to police itself when the head, the AG (Holder), is maliciously partisan, incompetent and the source of the problems?

#5  The picture speaks for itself. The courts take longer and the administration is silent and obstructionist.

There was a story circulating on Fox that Bubba might vote for Romney. I doubt it but it is an interesting thought.
