| An inmate of a Saudi prison thought he had nothing to lose when he went mad and swore at a police man. He was wrong. “The head of the prison asked his guards to take him to court,” the Arabic language daily Okaz said. “The judge sent him back to prison and ordered him lashed 40 times with the whip for swearing at a police man.” Okaz said the unnamed prisoner is serving a seven-year jail term on charges of drugs dealing. |
