| #2 Looks like the choice will be South Korea or Vietnam. It's not like we are going to go back in after the Taliban owns half the country again. |

| #1 Fundamental problem is that its still a tribal society. You have to pick who you want to keep the place from getting out of control the next time not some State Department defined model of 'progress'. |
