| #1 Apparently, Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) is a longtime critic of Pakistan, and called for a cutoff of aid after they were found to be sheltering Osama. Baluchistan is also home to the major, deep water port of Gwadar, built by China and both a commercial and military naval asset of high value. It also has a lot of unexploited mineral wealth, both in Pakistan and Iran, minerals essential to both nations nuclear programs. |
