| #6 Israel won't let the Sinai become like Somalia. If Egypt can't keep the lid on Israel will. Only question will be whether it's covert or done in the open. |

| #5 a caliphate requires a caliph. If we can't get them to give up the idea of a caliphate, the next best thing is to give them a lot of caliphs to fight each other. |
