The meeting in Sana'a discussed the overall situation in Yemen, with Hadi warning that the situation here has now become with dangerous dimensions at various levels.
Reviewing the developments since the current crisis started six months ago, Hadi touched upon measures taken to deal with the situation topped by the ceasefire between the army and the rustics loyal to Hashid leader sheikh Sadeq Al-Ahmer, reopening roads and providing basic supplies.
As the fuel crisis continues in most cities, Hadi, however, said that the measures to provide fuel is still controversial and need serious cooperation from all concerned parties to prevent collective punishment of the people.
On Sunday, Saba reported that Brennan had handed Saleh a letter from his U.S. counterpart urging him to sign a power transfer deal and congratulated his recovery.
Brennan today also met wit chief of staff and commander of the elite republican guard. The meeting focused on the bilateral relationship between the Yemeni and U.S. armies as well as ways to boost cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
